About Our Hunts:
We offer semi-guided hunts for whitetail deer, DIY (self guided) turkey hunts, and fully guided predator hunts for coyote.
All semi-guided hunts come with a full breakdown of the property that you will be hunting, a map indicating key factors of deer behavior (ie, bedding, food plots, travel corridors, etc) location of existing stands, and full access to our Director of Field Operations for suggestions on where to be in the woods.
With our DIY turkey hunts you will have full access to the WBO that you have selected for your hunt. These hunts are a lot of fun if you possess the skill set as an outdoors man to call in your own bird. Of course, you can always consult with our Director of Field Operations for insight.
Our predator hunts are very exciting! These hunts are fully guided and use state-of-the-art calls to lure in the coyotes. Most all of our predator hunts take place during the evening hours. Also, with the dense cover that southeastern Ohio provides, it’s not uncommon to get these predators into shotgun range, which makes for a hair raising experience.
As a friendly reminder, all of our hunts must follow all Ohio Department of Natural Resources Guidelines. All hunters must be properly licensed with the required in-state or out-of-state license. They must also have all of the proper tags or permits for the animal in which they are trying to harvest. All licenses and tags must be verified with WBO prior to the hunt taking place. We are currently working with a local processor (Phillips Meat Processing) for any animal that you harvest. It is another family owned company that has been around the area for years as we always try to support local business.
At this time, we are currently not offering lodging while the Wild Buck Outfitters lodge is being updated and renovated. However, we have negotiated discount corporate pricing for rooms at The Hampton by Hilton (about 15-20 minutes away from most hunting areas):
